These terms govern the SMS text-notification program operated by Imperial Property Preservation and Maintenance LLC ("Imperial PPM").
Program description: Imperial PPM sends automated text-message notifications to its field technician and customers regarding property-maintenance work orders — including job assignments, appointment confirmations, schedule changes, bid approvals, and completion updates.
Message frequency: varies based on work order activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties.
Consent to receive Imperial PPM text notifications is obtained verbally during service, in person or by phone. The following script is used:
When a customer or field technician provides their mobile number during service (in person or by phone), an Imperial PPM representative says: "Imperial PPM will send you automated text-message updates about your property-maintenance work order — such as appointment confirmations, schedule changes, and completion updates — to the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these text messages?" The recipient gives verbal consent, and Imperial PPM records the consent and date. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. Only operational, transactional messages are sent — Imperial PPM does not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Reply STOP to any Imperial PPM text message to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You can re-join later by providing verbal consent again during service.

The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is outside Imperial PPM's control.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to send service-related text notifications and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Imperial PPM may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
