About Imperial PPM
Imperial Property Preservation and Maintenance LLC is a Florida-based property maintenance company serving single-family rental homes and the property managers who run them.
Imperial PPM exists because rental-home maintenance usually fails in the gaps — between the owner and the resident, between the report and the repair, between five different vendors who don't talk to each other. We close those gaps by running maintenance as a coordinated dispatch operation: one company that scopes the work, sends the right trade, keeps the resident informed, and documents the result.
Our model is built around a managed network of vetted field contractors covering seventeen trades — from plumbing and HVAC to roofing, drywall, and full make-ready turn work. Every contractor in the network is evaluated on workmanship, responsiveness, and documentation before they touch a property, and every completed job is verified against scope with before-and-after photos.
We work across Central Florida and surrounding service areas, supporting institutional rental portfolios, independent owners, and property managers who need maintenance handled at scale without losing the detail.
How we operate
Work orders are reviewed and acted on promptly. Residents are contacted, appointments are set, and urgent issues are prioritized — because a small leak today is a remediation job next month.
Condition photos at intake, before-and-after photos at completion, itemized scopes and clear records on every job. Owners see what was wrong, what was done, and what it cost.
Status flows in both directions. Residents get scheduling confirmations; owners and managers get progress and completion updates.
