Imperial Property Preservation and Maintenance LLC ("Imperial PPM," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to imperialppm.com and to information collected in the course of providing our property maintenance and preservation services.

Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and property address, provided when you contact us, request service, or during the course of a work order.
Service information — details about maintenance issues, work performed, scheduling, and related photos and documentation.
Website information — information you submit through our contact form, and basic technical data (such as browser type) collected by our hosting provider for site operation and security.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and service requests.
To schedule, perform, document, and follow up on maintenance work.
To communicate operational updates about work orders — including, for those who consent, SMS text notifications (see below).
To maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by Imperial PPM are used solely to send service-related text notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

SMS notifications are transactional and operational only — job assignments, appointment confirmations, schedule changes, bid approvals, and completion updates. We do not send marketing texts. Consent is obtained verbally during service (in person or by phone) and is never a condition of receiving service. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate:

Field contractors — the property address, access details, and issue description necessary to perform assigned work.
Service providers — vendors that support our operations (such as website hosting and, for those who opt in, our SMS delivery provider), bound to use the information only to provide those services. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data retention & security

We keep records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information by emailing robertmild13@gmail.com.

Children

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
